We know that families in our local area are stuggling to deal with the challenges of mental health issues affecting our children, teens and young adults. As a local community church in the Northern Beaches, we want to provide some practical help to our local community, through a series of seminars presented by mental health professionals.

These seminars are free to attend but require people to book in via our trybooking link, so that we don’t run out of space and have to turn people away.

Over time we will also provide other events to help equip parents and carers with more specific training around mental health first aid. Some of these events will incur a cost to participants, as passed on by the registered course provider. Any costs associated with courses we run will be clearly advertised.
